Have you felt the “hum” at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse? Yeah, it is the “hum” of people talking about “MINOR’S COUNSEL,” aka, “I have a fast boat and a flag with a skull and crossbones, lets take a cruise.” Several lawyers who I respect have mentioned this to me and I too have noticed the power these attorneys have in the capacity of being appointed by the courts as “minors counsel.” You would almost expect them to show up looking a little grandmotherly or a little fatherly. I am actually a little taken aback that they don’t come to court wearing a patch over one eye and a parrot on the shoulder. All the more that makes one wonder what is the actual purpose of these lawyers who get these real lucrative gigs working with kids? Kids who, by the way, under any sense of normalcy would never see a psychologist , or a counselor (unless at school) or for that matter their own attorney, to protect their rights to see if Sunday is better than Saturday for an “overnight,” or that mom cannot fry an egg, or dad does not seem to know how to operate the washer or the dryer. But now they have the misfortune to have two parents who are getting divorced and thus they have their very own Minor’s Counsel…or is it “Miner’s Counsel”…LMAO, I just had a vision of a bearded guy with a shovel digging in a mine and bringing gold ore to the surface.

Folks if you happen to be in court one day and the judge mentions “minor’s counsel,” you too may want to hum “IT TAKES A WORRIED MAN TO SING A WORRIED SONG”. Do not get me wrong here folks, I too was a court appointed investigator many years ago and made a fortune, oops I meant to say a comfortable living, being appointed to represent people who had been arrested, and worked on their defense. It was great, the cops arrested them, the D.A. prosecuted them and I got to defend them, all being paid for by the county (not L.A. by the way…I never thought that the tax payer ever really got it)! It was great!

Back to “miners counsel.” It has been reported that one lawyer who represented a celebrity who had to stop constantly to get coffee and smokes got paid in excess of $400,000 dollars to represent two kids that couldn’t say “poop,“ and there is another one that has made in excess of $100,000 — for what exactly no one can figure out for sure. Now, what I just wrote is for those of you with MONEY and what a gift it is to be appointed by a judge to one of these cases, famous rich people!!! Cha Ching. They will show up for every hearing, every interview I am sure they would not miss even your kid’s bris, this for all my goyim readers is a circumcision. Now for all of you who are wondering about the working class and the poor well you could be ordered to pay half or NO PROBLEM, the county will pay “Da Miner” $125 an hour, and no cap! Take the kid to dinner and a movie and “bill baby, bill.” This is great money, as many of these people could not present a case in court if their life depended on it…not all, but many. So this is great, it is a little like a guy who goes to school to fix cars, he can’t fix crap, so he just moves the cars for the mechanics to fix, very similar.

And wait till you see these “protectors of the children” make there orations in the court room….OMG, this is not funny and can kill your chances of making any headway in your divorce. And most judges that I have observed give these “Miners” free rein to run one or the other or both parents right into the ground. For all my cat lovers, ever notice when your cat drops a smelly one in her kitty litter, well the burying action is very similar to what minor’s counsel can do to whatever position you thought you had in your divorce. And I have seen a few instances of that, “look judge what a great job I did,” did very much appear to me to be a bit over the top…way over the top. And quite frankly are all of these appointees thinking clearly? One or two I have seen appear, how do I put this delicately, NUTS!

Moms and Dads, god help you if your kid is smart enough to play a game on their sometimes overzealous lawyer aka “Minor’s Counsel,“ Oh No Mr. Bill! What real expertise do these people have to deal with children and to interpret what they say and do? Let’s see, a JD degree and a class to be qualified to deal with the children of people going through a divorce, and POOF! it is “show me the money!” My opinion, for the most part this is an appointment with too many flaws. That is the truth, they take a class to get appointed to the panel, LMAO for a few this has been the equivalent of winning the lottery! I ran a juvenile division for a couple of years and I know juveniles and this minor’s counsel thing has to be one of the best gravy trains I have seen in years.

This is for all the Protective Mothers with empty arms and hurting hearts who are missing their children every second of every day, but who are deeply hurting tonight , in light of the upcoming Holidays. Know that no matter what, you ARE your children’s mother. No one -and certainly no court- can take away this God-given role in your children’s lives. Please know this in your heart. PMA INTL loves and supports you and your precious children, now and forever.
This songs’ story;
“Mother” is based of Lita Ford’s experience with DV By Proxy, something she dealt with firsthand when she went through her divorce from now ex-husband Jim Gillette. Ford’s has two sons, James (16,) and Rocco 12,) who she has not seen since the divorce, and has told Decibel:
“My kids are with their dad. He brainwashed them and took them from me, telling them, ‘Oh, you don’t want to go with Mommy. Mommy’s bad.’ He put the entire weight of the divorce on my kids, which is the worst thing any parent could do to their child. It’s like losing your child to some sort of freak, like in the mall, or somebody hanging out in bushes or at a bus stop. You hear all these horror stories. Only, I know where they are – that’s the only difference.”
She hopes the track and video will reach her sons, but says:
“He won’t let them hear it. He won’t let them have anything to do with me. He won’t let them look at any photographs. It’s the worst thing that’s ever happened in my life. I wrote this song to tell them how much I love them, that I didn’t mean for this to happen and it’s not my fault. I didn’t do this to them – although they think I did.”

PMA International’s Official Response to Various Misunderstandings About PMA

leave a comment »

Dear Protective Mothers, Advocates, and Supporters;

We have recently been made aware of some comments on the internet involving PMA International , and we wish to respond. PMA International is issuing this statement to address misunderstandings about PMA, and to continue expressing our support to those struggling with family court abuse, corruption, and DV by Proxy issues.

Statement 1:
PMA International refuses to acknowledge that mothers and women can also be abusers.

PMA International Responds:

PMA INTL is very clear about this issue, which has been addressed on our blog and website describing our No Abuse Zone Policy . See below

“PMA International recognizes that there are different types of abuse and abusers are not gender specific”

For the rest of our No Abuse Zone Policy please visit:
https://protectivemothersalliance.wordpress.com/2014/03/28/pma-internationals-no-abuse-zone-policy/

Statement 2:

There is” bickering, ” “in fighting”,” arguing” and “war” in the Mother’s Movement between PMA, Lundy Bancroft, Janice Levinson, and AMPP/ Claudine Dombrowski. It’s been stated that what is happening between the two organizations is a “turf war” or one organization excoriating the other. This statement has also been addressed on our blog ( see below)

PMA Responds:
PMA INTL has been under attack for 4 years by Claudine Dombrowski, and AMPP . The nature of these attack includes cyberstalking, identity theft, threatening the life of the Executive Director Janice Levinson and is clearly the dynamic of an abuser stalking it’s victim.

“PMA INTL wants to be very clear that there is no” bickering, ” “in fighting”,” arguing” “war” or any other word that might imply mutuality about this AMPP issue. This is a common misconception about this sad situation. This is a very clear case of abuser and target This is the epitome of cyber bullying. PMA never responds in kind to these attacks, PMA in no way initiates these attacks. Understand these attacks have been going on for four years. PMA does not create hate sights targeting protective mothers, for abuse. This is a VERY IMPORTANT distinction that must be made.”

For the rest of this official PMA INTL.statement please visit;

https://protectivemothersalliance.wordpress.com/2013/07/31/the-mothers-movements-dirty-little-secret-abusers-within/

To see Lundy Bancroft’s response to the above attacks please visit;

https://protectivemothersalliance.wordpress.com/2013/07/31/lundy-bancroft-takes-a-strong-stand-against-abusers-within-the-mothers-movement/

In addition, is is very important to note that Claudine and AMPP have launched similar attacks on other protective mothers/advocates that are not PMA members or affiliated with PMA International. Because of PMA’s no abuse zone policy ( see above) we do not work with abusers, and thus do not work with AMPP or any of Claudine Dombrowski/ AMPP’s supporters or promoters.

Statement 3:
PMA INTL has been falsely accused of profiting off the Moms, these are statements made from both Claudine and from father’s rights organizations.

PMA INTL Responds:
PMA INTL is an all-volunteer grassroots organization. We do not get funding from any source. We do not charge membership fees. All of our events and projects are free of cost for anyone who wishes to join, and participate. We welcome all Protective Mothers and Supporters to be a PMA International Member/Supporter, for more information please visit: https://protectivemothersalliance.wordpress.com/protective-mothersadvocates-interested-in-joining-pma-international-the-process/

Statement 4:
It has been stated that PMA INTL believes all men are abusers.

PMA Responds:
Our co-founder is Lundy Bancroft, who has offered his male perspective as well as his professional expertise to our organization. We also have created a network called, Man Up for Moms (M.U.M.). M.U.M is headed by a male PMA International Administrator, Greg Sanders. Some of PMA Intl’s other networks include , adult children who are victims of family court abuse and DV by Proxy. This network is called Hear Us Now (H.U.N.) which is headed by Samantha Williams. A large number of PMA’s Administrators, State Leaders, International Leaders and Member/Supporters have sons—and we offer our love and support equally to our sons as we do to our daughters.

PMA INTL is not against fathers; we are against abusive fathers, just as we are against abusive mothers. This is the heart of our No Abuse Zone policy.

Although our specialty and mission statement is working with abused mothers, this not mean that we have an agenda against men, or that we are anti-father or that we are blind to the fact that women and mothers can be abusers too. Just like PMA Intl. understands, there are many organizations helping men but PMA International does not believe all those organizations hate women or are anti-mom; their specialty is just about helping men.

In our experience, there are many groups helping fathers but few helping abused mothers in family court. PMA INTL is an organization that consists of volunteer protective mothers and because of our experience, we saw a need, and decided to step up and help abused mothers and their children.

Statement 5
It has been stated that Lundy Bancroft is only involved in the Mother’s Movement for the money, and that he lacks qualifications to help moms.

PMA INTL. Responds:
Lundy has twenty years of experience specializing in interventions for abusive men and their families. He has also authored many book and scholarly articles. Most important Lundy is a former Co-Director of Emerge, the nation’s first counseling program for men who batter. He has worked with over a thousand abusers directly as an intervention counselor, and has served as clinical supervisor on another thousand cases. He has also served extensively as a custody evaluator, child abuse investigator, and expert witness in domestic violence and child abuse cases. Lundy appears across the United States as a presenter for judges and other court personnel, child protective workers, therapists, law enforcement officials, and other audiences. for more information about Lundy’s experience see below.

Thank you for your time, we appreciate your support. We look forward to continuing our work together for the sake of our children!

Feds raise new abuse of power allegations against Family Court Judge Steven Jones/ LAS VEGAS REVIEW JOURNAL

pma_logo_world

By JEFF GERMAN
LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL
New abuse of power allegations tied to embattled Family Court Judge Steven Jones have surfaced in federal court documents.

Federal prosecutors say they have evidence that Jones “used his position and influence” as a judge twice in 2006 to get his former brother-in-law, Thomas Cecrle, released on his own recognizance in a felony bad check case, though local prosecutors had asked that he be kept in jail on no bail.

The Clark County district attorney’s office ultimately dismissed the bad check case against Cecrle and referred it to Las Vegas police for further investigation, but records do not show what happened to that investigation, First Assistant U.S. Attorney Steven Myhre said in the court documents.

Freeing Cecrle allowed a decade-long investment fraud scheme involving the judge to move forward, Myhre wrote.

Court records show Cecrle later was convicted in a felony drug case.

Jones, Cecrle and four others were indicted by a Las Vegas federal grand jury in October 2012 in what authorities said was a $3 million scheme between 2002 and 2012. In the indictment, prosecutors alleged Jones used the power of his office to further the investment scheme and intervened on Cecrle’s behalf to prevent or delay legal processes against him.

The new accusations in the federal case are the latest in a long line of misconduct allegations that has plagued Jones for years.

Jones, 56, first elected to the Family Court bench in 1992, was suspended with pay by the Nevada Supreme Court after his federal indictment. In February, the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline suspended Jones for three months without pay after finding that he had violated professional rules of conduct by carrying on a romantic relationship in 2011 with a prosecutor who appeared before him.

The prosecutor, Lisa Willardson, died of a drug overdose in December. Jones, who told police he had planned to marry Willardson, discovered her body in a bathroom at her Henderson home but waited 35 minutes before calling 911. Henderson police closed the case after the coroner concluded Willardson’s death was accidental.

Last month, the judicial commission said it was moving forward with another complaint, alleging Jones was involved in several investment schemes, associated with felons, improperly handled drug evidence and once had an “intimate relationship” with a law student who worked for him.

Prosecutors detailed the new abuse of power allegations against Jones in a motion late last week asking for a hearing to determine whether the judge’s defense lawyer, Robert Draskovich, should be removed from the federal case because of a possible conflict of interest. Draskovich, a veteran defense lawyer, represented Cecrle in the bad check case.

Myhre suggested in a March 27 letter to Draskovich that the lawyer probably will be a prosecution witness in the federal case against Jones and Cecrle.

“For example, you may have received instructions from Jones regarding your representation of Cecrle, learned of Jones’ role in the release of Cecrle, represented Cecrle at the behest of Jones or obtained proceeds of the fraudulent scheme in the course of any payment of fees,” Myhre wrote.

“At a minimum, the government will seek to question you in regard to your knowledge of Jones’ involvement in the state charges against Cecrle and obtain your billing and payment records in connection with your representation of Cecrle.”

Draskovich said he plans to respond to Myhre’s motion.

“There’s been no wrongdoing and no inappropriate conduct on my part,” he said.

Draskovich also said he wasn’t aware of any misconduct by Jones in the Cecrle case.

It’s common for people charged in bad check cases to be released on their own recognizance, Draskovich said. And cases often are dismissed after the defendants pay back the money.

It is uncertain whether the government’s filing will lead to another delay in the federal case, which is supposed to go to trial in June.

In his court papers, Myhre said the bad check case against Cecrle was filed in 2005 after a man he identified as E. A. complained to the district attorney’s office that Cecrle defrauded him while soliciting money in an investment scheme. Several checks Cecrle wrote to the man had bounced.

The man, who had met with both Cecrle and Jones, was identified as Ely Ades in the 12-count complaint prosecutors filed in Las Vegas Justice Court. The complaint alleged Cecrle defrauded Ades out of $58,260.

Justice Court records show that after Cecrle’s first arrest in the case in March 2006, then-Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Tony Abbatangelo released him on his own recognizance.

Cecrle was arrested again a month later in April, and this time then-Las Vegas Justice of the Peace James Bixler set him free.

The case was ultimately dismissed in January 2007 by then-Justice of the Peace Doug Smith.

Both Smith and Bixler are now district judges. Abbatangelo lost his re-election bid in 2010, and in 2011 he agreed not to run for a judicial office for four years under a disciplinary agreement with the judicial commission stemming from a no contest plea in a misdemeanor domestic battery case.

The prosecutor in the bad check case, Chief Deputy District Attorney Bernie Zadrowski, said that in both of Cecrle’s releases, the judges did not inform him ahead of time that they were taking the action.

“Had I known about it, I would have objected to it,” he said. “I think it was inappropriate.”

“NEVER GIVE UP”/ Yolanda Adams

“Never Give Up”
Visions that can change the world trapped inside an ordinary girl
She looks just like me too afraid to dream out loud
And though it’s simple your idea, it won’t make sense to everybody
You need courage now If you’re gonna persevere
To fulfill divine purpose, you gotta answer when you’re called
So don’t be afraid to face the world against all odds
[Chorus]
Keep the dream alive don’t let it die
If something deep inside keeps inspiring you to try, don’t stop
And never give up, don’t ever give up on you
Don’t give up
Every victory comes in time, work today to change tomorrow
It gets easier, who’s to say that you can’t fly
Every step you take you get, closer to your destination
You can feel it now, don’t you know you’re almost there?
To fulfill divine purpose, you gotta answer when you’re called
So don’t be afraid to face the world against all odds
[Chorus]
Keep the dream alive don’t let it die
If something deep inside keeps inspiring you to try, don’t stop
And never give up, don’t ever give up on you
[Bridge:]
Who holds the pieces to complete the puzzle?
The answer that can solve a mystery
The key that can unlock your understanding
It’s all inside of you, you have everything you need yeahhhh
Sooooo, keep the dream alive don’t let it die
If something deep inside, keeps inspiring you to try don’t stop
And never give up, don’t ever give up on you
Sometimes life can place a stumbling block in your way
But you’re gotta keep the faith, bring what’s deep inside your heart yeah your
Heart to the light
And never give up Don’t ever give up on you
Nooo don’t give up,
No, no, no, no don’t give up
Oh, no, no, no, no don’t…give…up

W5 investigates: Children on the frontlines of divorce

This article about DV By Proxy give an example of both genders being guilty of alienation.

The world of divorce is scary for any child. Even when spouses split amicably children can be forced to balance their love and time between two parents.
Photos

Pamela Richardson and her son Dash are seen in an undated image. For almost 12 years, Richardson rarely saw her son because of a campaign by her ex-husband.

Psychologists Peggie Ward and Robin Deutsch run a camp in Vermont that aims to bring together feuding parents and children together.

But when a divorce becomes especially toxic children can become the target of an unrelenting crusade by one parent to destroy the child’s relationship with the other. Experts call it parental alienation, a persistent campaign by one parent to poison a child’s relationship with the other parent.

Typical tactics include lying or making false allegations about the targeted parent, refusing to let the child see the other parent, even punishing the child for showing affection for the other parent. Experts claim, in its more extreme forms, it is child abuse.

Pamela Richardson

For almost 12 years, Pamela Richardson rarely saw her son Dash because of the campaign her ex-husband waged against her.

According to Richardson, after her marriage dissolved her ex-husband, who had custody of the then-four-year-old, did everything he could to alienate Dash from his mother – fabricating illness, booking activities for Dash to prevent visits; he even arranged to have Richardson banned from Dash’s school.

“I wouldn’t see Dash for, you know, a number of months and not without me trying, not without me doing all the classic things that alienated parents do — cookies on the doorstop, faxes, phone calls, notes, trying to see him at friends’ houses — everything you possibly can to keep that thread of a relationship alive,” said Richardson.

Despite a court order giving her regular visits with Dash, Richardson said her ex-husband did everything he could to keep them apart and to convince their son that she was a bad and uncaring mother.

“There was period of two years, and I added up the hours (with Dash) and it came to 24 – in two years,” Richardson lamented.

Richardson said she wasn’t the only one suffering as a result of the alienation – Dash was suffering too. Alienated from his mother, the once happy little boy turned into an isolated, depressed and angry teenager.

On January 1, 2001, Dash, then 16, jumped off Vancouver’s Granville Street bridge, in the middle of the night, to his death. While Richardson blames her ex-husband, she also blames a court system that she insists did little to intervene and help.

“This is extreme and this was something that was in the courts many, many times…they had an opportunity to do something and they didn’t,” said Richardson.

Parental Alienation and the Courts

Courts are paying more attention. Family court judges are increasingly considering issues of parental alienation in deciding custody.

Justice Harvey Brownstone is a family court judge in Toronto and the author of a book on the bitter realities of divorce court.

“Parents who are on a campaign to destroy the child’s relationship with the other parent could lose custody and, in extreme cases, courts have changed custody to the other parent,” said Brownstone.

He encourages divorcing couples to focus on parenting together rather than using children as a tool of revenge, dragging them through protracted, bitter family feuds.

“While there may be some therapeutic benefits to coming to court and venting and telling a judge how much you were hurt by the other parent’s infidelities or bad conduct, at the end of the day, we are looking at parenting capacity, parenting skills,” he said. “We need to look at how couples are going to reinvent themselves from ex-partners to co-parents.”

Co-parenting

The concept of divorced parents co-parenting isn’t new for psychologists Peggie Ward and Robin Deutsch. They bring bad-mouthing alienating parents, targeted parents, and their children to a camp in Vermont in an effort to help these broken families learn new ways to properly raise their children

Eight-year-old Tori Cercone knows first hand how it feels to be caught in the middle of a high conflict divorce. “What is so painful is that your mom and dad get separated and they don’t like each other but you like both. And it’s kind of like a contest who you like better”

Two years ago Tori’s parents Fran Beecy and Chris Cercone couldn’t stand to be in the same room after Beecy made abuse allegations against her ex-husband.

“Oh my God, he hated me,” said Beecy. “I was like the big mother bear guarding the door, not letting my ex-husband near my kids…I just wanted to protect them, to keep them safe. And yet he, on the other hand, was just like ‘these are my kids, I want to see them. I have every right to see them.'”

Divorce camp in Vermont changed everything. Today, they visit together, gather for family dinners, and get along.

As Cercone explained, “whichever side you’re on, whether you’re the alienated or the alienator, you’ve got to come to grips that it can’t be about how I feel or getting back at the other one.”

“I think I’m a better mom because I’m happier,” said Beecy. “I’m not trying to create any wedges between my kids and their dad.”

http://www.wtvq.com/content/localnews/story/Kentucky-Senate-Passes-Rapist-Custody-Bill/jFjSiaB1J0ulAtUnaVo3NQ.cspx?rss=3441Kentucky

From the Associated Press:

Rapists whose victims give birth to a child would be barred from seeking custody of that child under a bill passed by the Kentucky state Senate.

While rapists would still be required to provide child support for any children born to their victims, they would also be banned from inheriting property from those children.

Sen. Sara Beth Gregory, a Republican from Monticello, says the bill was inspired by national stories of women forced into legal custody battles with their attackers.

No senators spoke in opposition to the measure.

It was passed unanimously on a 38-0 vote. The bill now moves to the Kentucky House of Representatives for consideration.

___

The legislation is Senate Bill 108.

WELCOME TO PROTECTIVE MOTHERS’ ALLIANCE INTERNATIONAL( PMA Intl. )

Protective Mothers Alliance International(PMA INTL). is an international protective mother-driven organization that includes a global network of like-minded organizations working as a team for positive change. Protective Mothers Alliance International (PMA) is co founded by Lundy Bancroft and Janice Levinson, with Janice Levinson as Executive Director. The PMA INTL family consists of protective mother-driven advocates working together as a tight team for change. PMA INTL is working toward bringing about dramatic reform in family court for protective mothers and their children. PMA INTL. advocates for change through education, community and media outreach and other creative strategies that may be effective and beneficial. PMA INTL. supports the efforts of protective mothers in keeping themselves and their children safe from the abuse of a former partner, and in empowering these mothers to become advocates for themselves and others. PMA INTL. has several networks/groups including but not limited to: Man Up for Moms ((M.U.M), Hear us NOW!! ( H.U.N) Healing and Prayer, STOP DV by Proxy. PMA’s very successful blog talk radio shows had over 6 thousand listeners. PMA INTl’s blog entitled: “The Guardian of Truth” continues to be an effective vehicle for education about family court abuse. Protective Mothers Alliance International has launched a gold ribbon campaign in an effort to reunite protective mothers and their children who have been separated by the family court. We invite all advocates and their allies around the globe to wear gold ribbons, to symbolize the effort that protective mothers and their allies are making to reunite children with their moms.
Please join us in supporting this campaign. ” The beautiful memories that we have of our beloved children are golden and can NEVER be erased from our hearts and minds”

goldribbon

PMA International’s specialty is working with abused mothers and their children who are dealing with family court injustice. This does not mean that we have an agenda against men, or that we are anti-father or that we are blind to the fact that some women and mothers can be abusers too.
When Janice Levinson and Lundy Bancroft created PMA International, there were many groups helping fathers but very few helping abused mothers in family court. Janice and Lundy created PMA International to be an organization that consists of volunteer protective mothers because they saw a need, and decided to step up and help abused mothers and their children. Creating an organization of protective mothers who advocate for positive change in family court also speaks to both Lundy and Janice’s background, expertise and personal experiences. Because PMA International is a group of protective mothers and because of our vast collective experience with family court, DV, and personality disorder issues, we are very specialized in the work we do.

PMA International is an advocacy organization, NOT a service organization for protective mothers, at this time. Since we are not a service organization, we do not offer on site, local protective mothers’ support groups, or crisis intervention hot lines. We suggest moms research low cost professional counselors in their area or specialists in PTSD, trauma and DV counseling. In our experience, protective mothers have better results turning to professionals, educated, trained and licensed in this specialty, for healing as opposed to fellow protective mothers who are equally in need of healing / support and are not educated or trained in the above. If you are feeling overwhelmed and need emotional support, we suggest you contact The National Domestic Violence Hotline open 24 hours and staffed with trained personnel in crisis intervention and emotional support- 1 800 799 7233.

In light of the fact that we are not a service organization-for security reason and per their request- we DO NOT direct people who contact us,to our state or international leaders as they are not set up to work with other protective moms by getting involved in their personal cases.( Please refer to our mission statement). Our
leaders, go through an extensive security check by our security team. Please note; the safety of PMA International’s protective mother/advocates and their children is our priority.

PMA International always has safety as our leading priority. In light of this, PMA international will not release personal information and/or personal custody information about protective mothers and their children who are in active litigation. PMA International will not sponsor, endorse or support any event or activity that is engaging in the above due to the risk involved. PMA International advises protective mothers to be extremely cautious in revealing any personal custody details along with personal information about themselves and their children on the internet. Doing so, might prove to be very risky to you and your children’s personal safety and the outcome of your case. Please read the below link for suggestions on using the internet safely while advocating for your personal custody case.
